Summarize the Problem

We have been tasked to make water power plow a field in any way we see fit. The use of water is being used for our power source since it was one of the 3 common power sources in the early days of America.

Who Was Affected by this problem

The system of plowing a field with water power adds another solution for increasing the efficiency of farming for farmers. 

Solution Criteria and Constraints

Our solution must use some form of water power to move an object that will plow a field. The scale model we are producing can be made out of any materials and we get an extra 10 dollars to spend on extra items that we need.
